This is Marek holding Pebbles and Rocky, two of our newest additions. They are Cream Puff's babies, born on February 15th. I was lucky enough to witness their birth!
Here Cream Puff is just starting labor. I put her into my pink trailer so she would feel sheltered and private.
Here come the feet and a little nose!
Rocky is a boy and was born first. He is not even finished being born, and Cream Puff is already trying to clean him off.
Here Pebbles has just been born, less than 5 minutes after her big brother. She was smaller and took longer to stand, but she is doing great now.
The feed scoop here is for size reference. It is 8 inches tall. Pebbles is still trying to stand up while Rocky tries to find breakfast.
Cream Puff won't stop bathing the babies until they are completely clean. She is a VERY good mother.
