Updated 17 December, 2005
To anyone who may be able to help:
This page is a full documentation of the purchase arrangements of one Appaloosa pony gelding (pictured above) named Mojo. The following text has been cut and pasted directly from emails between myself (Christina Davison of Amarillo, TX) and Elizabeth Noble of Brookfield, CT. This correspondence took place beginning in November of 1999 with a public post to a listserv about ponies, of which both of us were members. The first letter is a direct quote from that original post (a reply to someone on the list with a pony for sale). All subsequent letters were private emails, unless otherwise noted. No payment has ever been received for Mojo.
If you live in the New York and/or Connecticut area and would like to help by posting a flyer, you can click HERE and just print the page that loads.
The latest information available is that there are 2 individuals near Brookfield, in addition to Liz Noble (one in Roxbury, CT and the other in Newtown, CT) who know where Mojo is, but they have given false and/or misleading information to police when questioned. I have a hard time understanding why anyone would choose to protect a theif, unless they were somehow involved themselves. What these people don't seem to understand is that I am not trying to get anyone else in trouble over this. Liz is the one who took my pony and didn't pay for him. Anyone else involved with this, as far as I'm concerned, is also a victim of Liz's deceptions. The police have to locate Mojo in order to proceed with legal action against her. This does not mean that someone who just happens to know where he is would suffer any consequences. Neither I nor the police care who comes up with Mojo's whereabouts.
Thank you for your time.

Hey Liz,
Do you think your friend might be interested in a larger pony gelding who is completely bombproof
when it comes to parties and pony rides? His in North Carolina right now, and there's a pic of him at www.aponyforyourthoughts.com/ponies.html
I had to leave him behind when I moved here to Texas because I couldn't fit 5 ponies in my trailer :o(
Thanks,
Christina
PLEASE NOTE: The company mentioned in the following message, "Pied Piper Pony Rides" , had no knowledge of this transaction, and the name was used in this context without their consent. Pied Piper Pony Rides is not involved with this situation in any way.

Christina,
I AM very interested in him either for myself or Melanie,
but I don't know
which one he is on your KEWL (AS my kids would
say) web page!! Is he
Pippin??
Please see Mel's page for Pied Piper Pony rides....
Pied
Piper Pony Rides
I MAY be driving some ponies down to Florida for Disney’s Pony ride string, so
It would be easy to pick him up on the way home, please tell me as much as
you can about him, could he double as a walk/trot lesson pony or a therapeutic
( mostly leadline and stand still games )
I would need a coggins test/health certificate
I can't afford to (and should be SHOT for) taking on another mouth to feed
this time of year, but he sounds GREAT! Board is expensive up here ($300
mo per pony rough board, pasture w shelter) But I could at least take away
whatever expense and GUILT you have from leaving him behind, keep him in
light work and possibly sell him on consignment for you? Does he wear shoes?
How much does he eat??
We are JUST getting into driving, I am hoping to incorporate that into the
pony party program and the theraputic programs of Noble Horses and Ponies..

Actually, it's Mojo,
the red & white App (about halfway down the page, I think...) He's 13 yrs
old, 13.2 hands. He's been ridden both Eng and Western before, but I mostly
just rode him on trails and used him for birthday parties and such. He will
"lead" at parties just by walking next to him, (he'll stay right at
your shoulder), and you can land a helicopter or hot air balloon next to him
with no reaction, LOL. I have had all kinds of kids on him, including
handicapped and special needs kids, and he does great with them lead-line. He
was my very best pony ride pony because he is kinda stocky and could handle up
to about 200 pounds easily for those "not-so-little" kids (oh, say in
the 30 - 50 yr old range...)
Then again, when
it's time to go trail riding, he's a different pony. He LOVES to go for an
adventure and always perks up under saddle. I've ridden him in parades and he
really likes to show off and be "prancy" for the spectators, but
still completely under control. I think at some time in the past he has been a
VERY western pony, because he will neck rein at the slightest touch. I once
tried guiding him with just a loose leather strap around his neck, and I
probably wouldn't have needed the reins at all. The only actual problem with
him that I can think of is that once he gets "hyped" for a trail
ride, he can be kinda hard to settle down, but that may have just been because
we so seldom got to go out riding, and he was just SO happy to GO somewhere,
LOL.
Let's see...what
else? Got his Coggins papers here, but those could be mailed, or I could have
my friend get them done again there in NC (Near Charlotte). He's an easy
keeper, and stays on the round side unless he's been starved (he was a rescue
from a divorce estate where he was just left for a long time). He's got good
feet, and has worn shoes in the past, but has been "barefoot" since I
bought him 3 years ago. He never had any health problems while I've had him
(and none prior that I know of). It is very possible that he has papers of some
kind, but since he was seized from that estate, it's been difficult to find out
much about his actual history, unfortunately.
I'm asking $1800 for
him, but that is certainly negotiable, considering transportation costs and
such. I'm really more interested in finding the right person (or people) for
him since there is "no room at the inn" here. I have 4 ponies here
having to share 3 stalls with an attached turnout, and all the other stalls are
filled at this stable. It will be quite some time before I'll have my own place
to keep them, so I'm having to just grit my teeth and let go of Mojo.
Anyway, if you have
any more questions, just email me, or you can call me at (806) 463-PONY (7669)
Thanks!!
Christina
P.S. Funny thing,
I've got Pied Piper listed on my directory on my site :o)

Hi Liz,
Sorry it took a
while to get back to you, I've been gone all day long (I play the cello, and I
had a rehearsal this morning, a performance at a nursing home this afternoon,
and went to a quartet concert this evening!!!).
I don't have a
problem at all with a payment plan (cuz we all know that if you've got horses,
you probly don't have a lot of money to spare all at once, heheh). I have only
sold a handful of ponies EVER, and almost all of them were sold that way. I've
only had trouble with it one time, and that was with this same pony when I left
the Carolinas. He was
supposed to be sold at that time (a lady wanted
him for her daughter). He went to her place and stayed several weeks, her
daughter loved him, but she never did make any payments. Never would say YES
she wanted him, but wouldn't say NO either, so I finally just had a friend go
get him and take him to her home, and that's where he is now. Anyway, I've
never sold a pony "long distance" so I'm at a bit of a loss how to go
about it.
Kinda funny, while I
was living in South Carolina, I had several people wanting to buy him, but he
wasn't for sale then! LOL I think I was
hoping that I might just be able to cram him into the trailer and bring him
with me, but it just wouldn't have been possible :o( I had thought about having him shipped here, but since it has
cost me so much to move, and it took me a couple of months to find a decent
job, I wouldn't have the money to ship him for at least another month or two. Meanwhile,
my wonderful friend in NC is keeping him for me, and I would hate for him to be
a burden on her. *sigh*
It sounds to me like
he would have a wonderful life with you, or even with Pied Piper (I think he
really liked his job as a "party pony"), so I guess just let me know
what you'd like to do, and how to go about doing it, and I'm sure we could work
something out. Mojo really is a great pony, and my biggest concern is that he
finds the right home for
him. I
could have sold him at any time to any number of "wrong" places, but
I'm so afraid of seeing any of my "babies" go someplace where they'll
be misused, or neglected, or anything like that. I'm sure you can understand
that!
I'd love to see
pictures of your other horses too, I'll look forward to seeing them :o)
Thanks again,
Christina

I may have a low cost ride for Mojo THIS week, a nice new 4h
rig coming up
fromOcala, need city and dirctions ASAP
11/15/1999
Dear Liz
Wow, that's quick. I
can certainly give you directions pretty easily...Mojo is in Monroe, NC and the
place he's living at is not hard to find.
I should probably
get some more info on how I could get in touch with you, and some kind of
purchase agreement down first though, right? Do you have any suggestions? Could we come up with some kind of
contract or something that we could both have a copy of? Also, they would have
to have his coggins papers in order to transport him, wouldn't they? I could
fax a copy to you, but would that help? Sheesh, sorry, I probably seem a little
clueless about this, but as I said, I've only sold a few ponies before, and
they were all local there in the Carolinas.
One other question,
what happens if you decided you didn't want to keep him (not very likely
though, he's a sweetie! :o) That's just
something I haven't had any experience with, since none of the ponies I've sold
has ever come back to me for that reason. Sorry for all the questions, but I
guess I just need to feel comfortable with some of these things.
Thanks :o)

No problem Valerie just happened to email me if I knew
anybody who wanted
horses or ponies brought to from Florida...sheis comingup
with just one in a
nice new 4h rig and wanstto maximize her time ! Yes
FAxing coggins would be
fine or u can attach it to an email, problem is that SHE
needs it for
transport, I don't need it til he's here.....my fax #
is same as my ph #
butNOT dedicated so we ned to email or call firstto set up a
time for me to
turn it on.... I will customize a billof sale today, can u
fwd me all of your
info as u want it to read, name address etc, and all of his
info age size
color sex blah blah, and Iwill get it out to you today!, I
will put in
something that if i decide for whatever ereason tonot
keep him, you would
getto approve of and contact the person AND that the money
for him would then
go to you!! How flexible is his price as I want to put that
in.....I HATE
this negotiating part BUT this issaving you the
carolinas/trxas trip and your
friend has one less to feed, water, shoe etc throughthe
winter!!! SO please
take that into account, when giving me your bopttom line
price, as well as
the eye problem doesn't affect his usefulness to me but as
far as possible
future resale (I doubt that anyway, he sounds like
a"keeper") most vets
around here are soo liability conscious that they would
flunk him on a
purchase exam... we could also do one price to me and then
if i ever sold him
to a client or friend or to Melanie (pied Piper Pony
rides in NY) I could
get your asking price and then give u the difference?? Kep
in touch! IF you
can attach coggins to an email send one to me and one to
Val, VCROSS@aol.com
Ok?
11/16/1999
Hi :o)
OK, I thought of a
possible solution to the coggins thing. I just realized that MY copy of Mojo's
coggins is still with the lady that "bought" him before I left, BUT,
his veterinarian is there in NC and could get a copy to Debbie (the lady that's
keeping him). I have already sent him an email, and will call Debbie this
afternoon when I get home from work. What day is your friend coming up from
Florida?
Next, here's mine and Mojo's info for a bill of sale:
Christina Joplin
7205 Dreyfuss
Amarillo, TX 79106
(806)465-7669
Mojo: 13 yr old
gelding. 13.2 hands. Appaloosa, white base w/chestnut spots all over. Chestnut
mane & tail.
I would be willing
to take as low as $1500 for him, taking into consideration transport costs,
etc. That would be about $500 less than I've got in him, but I'd MUCH rather he
go to a good home than try to hold out for a lot of money!
One thing I was
confused about is that Mojo doesn't have an eye problem. Is that maybe another
pony that you had heard about? He's never had any significant health problems
as long as I owned him. One thing that I was pleased with about him physically
speaking is that, even though he's a light colored appaloosa, he has dark skin
around his eyes and nose, which is an area that apps tend to have a problem
with getting burned or having skin cancer probs.
Is there anything else you need?
Thanks,
Christina

she actually had to put it of a week, the NEW ytrailer
didn't arive from

Well, that's good...gives
us a little breathing room anyway :o)
Just letting you
know I haven't forgotten about you. Just started my new job yesterday and I've
got symphony rehearsals every night this week, so I have probably a grand total
of an hour or so to get everything done between the two. Debbie wasn't home
yesterday, and I haven't heard from the vet yet either :o\
I'll keep trying though. Had thought about
having Debbie get another coggins on Mojo, but that usually takes at least a
week to get back in the mail, if not longer. Oh well, I'll do what I can!
Christina
.....................................................................................................................................................................
11/17/1999 (P.M.)
OK, got a message
from Debbie today saying that she DOES have Mojo's coggins papers there with
him, but she also said that someone had called her this week and made an
appointment to come and look at him on Saturday. I haven't spoken with her
directly, but I'm not sure what to tell her. I would really like for you to try
Mojo, simply because he worked so well for me, and he would have the
opportunity to work with young people again.
Anyway, I guess all
that's left if you want him would be some kind of bill of sale agreement. With
my other ponies, there's been some kind of down payment, but once again, that's
always been local, and I've always delivered the ponies myself, just to make
sure the new owners had a safe place to keep them. What do I do in this
situation? LOL
I probly sound like I'm
being overly concerned about things, but I just like to know where my
"babies" are going! :o)
Let me know what I
need to do next (I still have to look for the best route to get to Monroe, NC
from Florida...)

iunder saddle or being handled or ridden, THANKS!! LIZ
:-) (AND MOJO!!!)
11/27/1999
LOL
A "Noble" pony...I like that, heheh.
Well, the only
"clothes" that Mojo could ever claim exclusively for himself was his
old nylon halter, which I'm sure he's still got. His pony ride saddle is here
with me (not of any particular value, would probly cost more to ship it than
it's worth, LOL). He and the larger ponies shared the multicolored bridles and
saddle pads I have for parties, depending on which pony was chosen and what
color they wanted them to wear, so he didn't really have his own personal bridle
or pad set either. He looks REALLY good in the Wintec southwestern pattern
saddle and pad set though (the rust, red, brown and black colors), I had a
friend in SC that let me use hers for a parade and he looked totally awesome in
it. Oh, and he loves parades too, he can sure be a showoff, heheh. I never used a blanket on him, never showed
him, but he has worn a Christmas parade costume, with a white blanket all the
way to his ankles with bells, garland and lights on it, and garland and lights
all over his bridle.
He's a really easy
keeper, takes very little to keep weight on him, if he's not working hard. He
responds very well to "horse language" when being caught in the
pasture. I don't leave his halter on him when he's turned out, so if he is
"feeling his oats" and playing hard to get, I usually chase him off
until he'll stand still. Bribery doesn't work with him because I have a feeling
that whoever his previous owners were must have abused the "lure him in
with grain and grab him" thing. Once he is "caught" he will lead by holding on to his mane and
walking at his shoulder. He doesn't object to any kind of attention and will
stand patiently for whatever needs to be done. Hoof cleaning, grooming, bathing, clipping, veterinarian, helicopters,
fire engines, whatever.
On a lead line, he
is respectful of your space and doesn't crowd or step on toes. Stops when you
stop, turns when you turn, without the need for tugging or jerking on the lead
line. No need for a nose chain or anything. Matter of fact, if I were to take a guess (since I've never used any
severe restraints on him), a nose chain would probably just annoy him and make
him toss his head, but I seriously doubt he'd DO anything about it. He has been hobbled (above the knees) and
doesn't panic. He'll stand for hours
tied if necessary (or if someone forgets and leaves him tied at his feed bucket
and has to answer to ME when I find out...heheh).
Under saddle he can
be either a plodding "babysitter" at parties, or a pistol at a parade
or on the trails. He has two different walks; one is relaxed and easy, but if
he's hyper and excited, he might as well be trotting it's so bouncy and full of
energy. His actual trot is high and bouncy, the kind that makes you post
whether you want to or not (LOL). His canter is interesting in that it can be
held at any speed you wish. Each notch you let out equals one notch higher in
speed. He can do the extremely collected canter with almost no forward motion,
all the way to flat out gallop with virtually NO up and down motion. Whatever
you tell him to do, he'll do, but you have to be careful with him at the faster
gaits until he understands that YOU dictate the speed, not him. "Whoa" is one of the concepts that
has been more difficult to teach him while riding (and without anyone leading
him from the ground). He is MUCH better
now than he ever was before, but that's probably the only thing that I never
was completely satisfied that he'd learned. It's also why I wouldn't sell him
as a "kids' backyard pony". If someone is going to ride him outside
of a ring or small paddock, they need to have the upper hand and he has to KNOW
it. Inside a ring or small paddock, just about anyone who can sit up on their
own could ride him because he KNOWS there's noplace to go, and won't try it.
If I think of
anything else, I'll let ya know.

Hi Liz,
Wow, your farm and
the ponies look beautiful :o) I'm sure
Mojo would be very happy there.
I just got off the
phone with Debbie in Monroe, and she had just spoken with Val about the
schedule. I'm hoping they'll get everything straightened out because it seems
some messages got crossed somewhere and Debbie was unsure at first about who
Val was and why she was picking up Mojo. I had left her a message giving a
ballpark day to expect Mojo to be picked up, and I had mentioned your name to
her, but we haven't been in touch for the past couple of days so I think she
may have been a bit confused.
Anyway, I hope
everything works out OK and they can work out a good time to get together. This
can be kinda complicated doing everything long distance, huh?
Well, let me know how things go, OK?
Thanks!

everyone!
12/19/1999
Hi Liz :o)
Soooo glad Mojo got
there OK and that he's doing well. He was always a favorite with all my
customers and anyone else who met him.
POA is a definite
possiblity since I know that he does have some sort of papers out there
somewhere. I didn't have much luck finding out about him because he was taken
from an estate that was caught up in divorce proceedings, so they got the
horses out, but couldn't get any of their papers from the house. The horses had
basically been abandoned and were starving. Lucky for Mojo that he's an easy
keeper because he came out of it in much better shape than a couple of the
others. They're all OK now, but I Think Mojo fared the best.
I do know that he
has no problems jumping things, and absolutely LOVES trail riding. Parades are
no problem, and he has the reflexes and heart to be a cutting pony, so the
western games and/or polocrosse sound like things he'd have fun doing. He is
extremely trusting (IMO) and would go anywhere I asked him to. Never balked at
anything, but he's got enough caution to take a second look at some things.
Sloshing through a pond or river is fine, but a small rivulet of water warrants
another look before crossing, heheh.
Might be a snake??? ;o)
I've never been able
to say enough about Mojo, but it seems that now he's showing you on his
own! Broke my heart to leave him
behind, but perhaps it was for the best since he's found such a good home now.
Guess I can start keeping an eye out for a replacement, but that's gonna be
difficult!
I think I've sent
you all my address info before, but if there's anything else you need, just
holler. :o)
Talk to ya soon,
Christina

Hiya Liz :o)
Just been thinking
about Mojo and wondering how he's liking his new home. Hadn't heard anything
from ya so I figgered I'd ask about him. I have a sneaking suspicion that my
pony mare Summer just might have gotten herself pregnant again before I
left SC. There were several occasions when the neighbor's QH stallion broke out
and came over for a visit, though I only ever caught him in the pen with the
geldings (???) She's already had 2 fillies by that stallion, so that would be
fine. Just wish they'd have told me, heheh.
Anyway, send me an
update, K?
Hugs,
Christina & the
Texas ponies
sorry for late email reply, major puter problems! Any way he
is fine Did u
know he could jump a 2'6" course AND loves it???
Somewhere he had some
hunetr/jumper or eventing training!! He is still on
sales/lease list as I do
need to sell ONE more to make it thru winter, trying NOT to
have it be him!
PS the vet says he is probably just
OVER 20 yrs old...he needed his teeth
done badly, is that possible? how long did uhave him?
Coggins says 13.
He was being used in a friends school program til the worst
of winter just
last week (single digit temps and sub zero wind chills for
over a week now
BRRR!!) so presently he is turned out w Pony ride ponies 5
mins from here. I
have used him a few times as a shipping mate for a stupid tb
that loves him!
He is looking GREAT ~ sway back is filled in
with just in 3-4 wks light
work, hay belly gone and neck even MORE muscled! As soon as
this weather
breaks I hope to get my son ON him instead of just
playing w him, Mojo could
really be the ticket for him, he MIGHT want to actually ride
in games or
tetrathalon (now that we know he is such a bold and willing
jumper, he does
have to HELD back tho, he LOVES it!) He will like him in
comparison to Codi
who has to be kicked along....my son is lazy!! I adore
trail riding him
myself, , ice, snow ,water ,mud, cars trucks,
deer, dogs, NO problem for
Mojo!! As soon as I get teaching again I will be
able to FINALLY send you
at least a down paymenT Be well and get some warmth for
me!!!
Fondly, Liz :-)
1/24/2000
Hiya Liz,
Yup, I knew he could
jump, but I only ever took him over streams, logs and ditches in SC,
heheh. Odd thing about the age, because
before I bought him (almost 2 years ago), the vet that I had do the health
check on him aged him at 11 - 12, then a year later my own vet aged him at 12 -
13, so we went ahead and put 13 on the coggins (which would make him 14 this
year). Might be one major difference though, South Carolina is mostly sand
covered, and any horses on pasture or in a lot will wear their teeth down much
faster than normal. I have a feeling that SC vets probably take that into
consideration when aging a horse, and might possibly over-compensate and age a
year or few too young. My own personal estimate would be mid- to late-teens,
though I really wish we could have tracked down his previous owners and found
out if he was registered or not. We'd know for sure then, but I suppose he's as
old as he feels, isn't he? ;o)
I am very happy that
he is being appreciated, which is always my major concern if/when I have had to
sell any ponies. I just found out a few weeks ago that a fellow pony-ride lady
in NC has rescued one of my babies that I sold several years ago. Seems the
people who bought him decided to stop doing pony rides, and also stop taking care
of the pony! He is safe now, thank goodness. I hate hearing things like that
:o\
It's been very warm
here for January and all the critters are loving it. Got a new
"helper" at the barn too, a 10-yr old girl from our church. She is
having a great time learning about the animals.
Anyway, I love
hearing the Mojo updates, so keep 'em coming!
:o)
Talk to you soon,
Christina

Liz,
I am very concerned
that I have not heard anything from you for over 4 months concerning Mojo. I
can't help but assume that you intend to keep him and not pay for him. I am
willing to give you the benefit of the doubt as long as I hear from you, but if
I hear nothing, I can only proceed legally from here. I have never had any
difficulties at all of this kind when buying or selling a horse or pony, and I
am genuinely troubled that you have ceased correspondence. It makes me very
worried for Mojo, and not sure at all that I have done the right thing for him.
Please respond so that I may be sure he is all right, and that you intend to
follow through with your intent to purchase him.
Thank you,
Christina
I am SOOO glad you contacted me! I was away at summer camp
in W VA all summer
and the computer crashed with my husband while I was
gone, I hadn't backed
up my address book/fav places in awhile!
I would prefer to send checks to you directly, I am not sure
if I trust
online buying!
The email didn't have yopur mailing address, please email it
asap, I will
also look on your web site (I kept trying to find
ponyforyourthoughts.com,
forgetting the "a" in the begiunning, I wasn't
getting anywhere!
Thanks, Liz :-)
PS Mojo is happy and healthy!!!

Christina,
I am sorry about all of this I never expected you do do this... I will have a
$500 check in the mail to you on Tuesday and the rest as soon as humanly
possible. As soon as you recieve the check, please remove the posts. I had a
very hard financial time and major depression because of it for which I was
hospitalized.
12/31/2000
Liz,
Did you expect that I would just go away and disappear after having heard nothing from you for months?
I don't like being ignored, and I don't like being lied to. I trusted you and gave you the benefit of the doubt
for over a year, which is much longer than I would expect the same from anyone else, regardless of my
situation. I don't want to sound unsympathetic, but golly, this has been a doozy of a year for me financially
as well. I moved back here to TX last November with nothing but my trailer full of my beloved animals,
and one truck full of possessions. If it had been humanly possible I would have stuffed Mojo into any space
available, but I couldn't, so I had to leave him behind, and I miss him dearly. I have a dear friend in NC who
agreed to keep him for me until I could come back for him, but when that wasn't going to be possible for quite
a while, I felt obligated to find a new home for him to ease the burden on my friend, who had refused to
charge any board for him. I don't like taking advantage of people. I was not entirely comfortable with the
circumstances of Mojo's move from NC to CT, but it seemed like a good place for him to go, and you seemed
to be a good person who could take care of him, or find a good home for him. I have spoken with others who
have had dealings with you in the past, and though there are some who sing your praises, there are also
others who were quick to warn me. At this point, I would much rather have him back than trust you any further.
If you have not sold him, please consider just packing him up and sending him home to me. It would cost you
much less, and since you are having a hard time financially, it would be one less mouth to feed. If you have
already sold him, then so much the worse that you have profited illegally. If that is the case, I should demand
full payment at once. You have really put me in a difficult position, and it bothers me to have to resort to
things like that web page. It is not my nature to threaten, but you forced my hand by ignoring my attempts to
contact you, and by never letting me know what was happening. You ignored my warnings of legal action,
even to the point of returning a certified letter unclaimed, and have only now responded to my proceeding with
action. This has completely destroyed my trust in you.
I am sincerely unsure how to proceed from this point. Please let me know whether or not you have sold Mojo.

Liz,
You have apparently decided to make another empty promise. You have left me no choice but to go ahead
with legal proceedings. The website will now be made public, and will stay publicized until this matter
is fully resolved. Expect a call from my legal representative.

I am planning on sending three bank checks, each for $500 one next friday
January 26, (with a written signed agreement ) then every other week til
paid off (feb 2 and 16 will be final payment) That is my whole weeks

Police reports were filed with the Randall County, TX Sherriff's dept, the Brookfield, CT Police, and the Monroe, NC Sherriff's dept. The only thing standing in the way of criminal charges against Liz Noble is the fact that Mojo has not yet been found. During the course of this investigation, it has been discovered that I am not the only victim of Ms. Noble's deceptions. She has taken at least 4 other horses which she has never paid for, plus various items of tack, and has taken payment for services that were never rendered. I have heard this information directly from the people Liz has stolen from, but none of them have filed charges against her. As you can see from the above transactions, she has no problem giving promise after promise that she will send payments, but in many more cases than this one, she has never paid anything.
As of December, 2005 no payment has been received.
